Returns and Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order, to return, provided the other conditions set forth in this paragraph are fulfilled. To do this you must send an email to the info@themoonschoice.com address so we can authorize and process your return or exchange and indicate the procedure.

To make a return or exchange the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (no returns that do not bear the original packaging will be accepted).

Once we receive the merchandise in our stores and check if all these conditions are met, The Moon's Choice accept the return of the product and proceed to refund the amount paid for the products purchased. In case of change, it will send out the new product. In any case, the amount of shipping will not be refunded.

If you received a defective product should also make contact to indicate, we will send back the item purchased. The returned product must always be in their original packaging.

In any case, if the return or exchange is due to an error in the preparation of order by our online sales service, all shipping costs borne by The Moon's Choice. Otherwise the freight borne by the buyer.

No refunds of jewelery (necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, turbans ...) or in which manifests that have been used are allowed.
